We offer free FedEx Express shipping on every order. To make your Michael Gabriels experience as comfortable as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all US orders.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express service and are expected to ship within five to seven business days of your order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
Please let us know what we can do to help you maintain your surprise. Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location can be requested by emailing us at Michael@MichaelGabriels.com.
For your protection, Michael Gabriels always:
• Fully insures each package during shipping process.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Requires an adult to sign for the delivery on all orders above $200.
International Orders: Please check with your local customs office for information on duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes from their local government.
Delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and may result in an unavoidable delay to your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.

FREE 100 DAY RETURNS
Here at Michael Gabriels, we are glad to offer complimentary 100-day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is perfect for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 100 days for an exchange or full refund. We take pride that our products are produced with extraordinary standards!
Michael Gabriels is proud to offer free return shipping on all products. We will provide a free FedEx return shipping label to ensure that your return process is smooth and stress-free.
Within 100 days of shipment to our customers, we offer one complimentary ring resizing for our standard ring styles with free shipping both ways. (Please note our eternity rings cannot be resized due to their complex design. Custom orders and engraved rings are subject to fees. Outside of the 100 day complimentary resize period, rings can be resized for a fee when within a size of original ring. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original paperwork. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: Custom designed jewelry items, Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; and items that have previously been exchanged.
RETURNING YOU ORDER
Please follow the following steps for shipping and returns:
Step 1. Obtain your shipping label: Contact us at Michael@michaelgabriels.com and we will provide you with your free FedEx return shipping label along with a code for tracking the return.
Step 2. Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a $150 replacement fee per certificate will be charged if not included in package).
Step 3. For Insurance purposes: Insurance is only included if you use the prepaid Fedex shipping label. Please use the prepaid label and “double box” the returning item. Place all items in a small Fedex priority padded pack. Next, put the padded pack into a small Fedex priority box and seal it. Place the small Fedex priority box into a medium Fedex priority box. Please tape the ends of the box to ensure safety. Bring the Fedex box to a local Fedex office and make sure you receive a receipt from the Fedex office showing you dropped the box off. This receipt of needed for proof of insurance purposes.
After your returned item is received, our Returns Department will review your return. All returns are opened under recorded video to guarantee what was received is not lost of misplaced. All of our diamonds are inscribed with unique identifiers so we may verify authenticity. When the return has been confirmed (it may take up to 5 business days once received), Michael Gabriels will issue a refund to the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Credit card refunds can take up to a month to appear depending on your credit card issuer.
In order for the returns to process correctly, you must obtain a return shipping authorization code from us before shipping your order back. If you do not include this code in your package, we may refuse delivery or charge a fee up to $100. You will have 5 days to return your order from the date of receiving the return shipping authorization code. All requests for refunds may require you to complete additional paperwork to document the request.
